- Windows PCs (Windows 7) with PowerPoint 2010 are prepared by SEGJ.
- When you use own PC, VGA or HDMI cables are available for connecting to a projector. Cables for Mac are not prepared. Please bring on your own if necessary.
- Preferable aspect ratio of presentation slide is 4:3.

- Authors are requested to submit a short abstract (200-300 words plain text) by the first deadline. The short abstract can be submitted from the online submission page.
- After receiving the acceptance notification, an extended abstract (2 - 4 pages) is required. All authors are requested to submit a camera-ready manuscript in PDF using the template. [Download the extended abstract template (doc, 174 KB)]

Travel Support Program to Young Researchers Closed.
The organization committee would like to encourage young researchers coming from overseas to participate in this symposium. A young researchers' paper competition will be conducted with the extended abstract, and the winners will be granted a small amount of travel support. Participants of ages 35 or under may submit an application (doc) to this support program at the time of their extended abstract submissions.
Notification of Acceptance / Rejection
The Symposium Technical Program Committee will make the final decision on acceptance/rejection of extended abstracts. Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent by email by the end of August 2018.
