All fees are in Japanese Yen.
The fees will automatically change to that of late registration at 0:00 of 16th September, 2015 (Japan standard time).
The registration fee for Member, Non-member, Student and Student non-member includes
・Attendance of all sessions
・Coffee breaks
・Program & Abstract book
・Proceeding electronic file

Accompanying persons can participate in the reception. Attendance at all professional sessions is inacceptable.

Visa Support

Invitation Letter (For Visa Application) Please see the MOFA website to see if you need a VISA to enter Japan. If you need the Invitation Letter for VISA application, please check the box in the registration form. We cannot issue the invitation letter, unless you have paid the registration fee for this symposium.
Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. For more information on travel visas and to request your invitation letter, please contact the Symposium Secretariat:
