Submission of Short Abstract

The 2011 Program Committee will be receiving short abstracts on April 1, 2011.  
Your abstract will check briefly for consideration to be presented at the SEGJ International Symposium.

The Process:

• Prepare title, list of authors and abstract of your presentation with technical keywords (4-6 words).
• The abstract must be in English and limited to 200-300 words (plain text).
• Please choose the preferred presentation style (oral, poster or either) and the preferred session.
  (see "Program" in the menu bar of this page.)
• Prepare information of the Corresponding Author (name, affiliation, address, tel/fax, e-mail)
• Please visit the Abstract Submission Site
  Deadline: May 31, 2011  12:00 JST (03:00 GMT) on June 13.
• After submission, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation and SUBMISSION ID NUMBER.
  
  

Submission of Extended Abstract

The corresponding author of presentation has to prepare and upload your extended abstract.
It will be reviewed by the 2011 Program Committee and will be included in the CD Proceedings.

The authors should read and fill the COPYRIGHT TRANSFER FORM.
- PDF version is here but you will fill a web form when you submit your extended abstract.

The Process:

• Your extended abstract can be submitted from our web site.
  

  Note that you had to submit your short abstract. The deadline has gone. Check your SUBMISSION ID NUMBER in the e-mail you received when you submitted the abstract.  This ID is necessary for identification of your presentation. Before submission, please make the extended abstract. The template files for the extended abstract are prepared above. The PDF-formatted manuscript should be submitted. Use your Submission ID Number for a filename as "ID_YourLastName.pdf". The file size should be less than 5MB. We will request you to type the title of your presentation and the list of authors, repeatedly. Please prepare them as text. (ex. Open your 'Notepad' and keep them in it.) Visit the following submission site. Step 1: You have to fill the web form for copyright transfer. Step 2: Then, you can upload your PDF-formatted extended abstract.
