• Regular registration.
  Member*: JPY 27,000
  Non-member: JPY 37,000
  Student: JPY 7,000
  
  *Member of SEGJ / KSEG / ASEG / SEG / EAGE / EEGS / VAG / SPG / AGU / AOGS
  or supporting societies in Japan
  
  The registration fee includes one Proceedings Volume and a CD (on-site pickup only). The following fees, however, are not included: cork fee at the Opening Beer Party, the admission to the Welcome Reception, and the participations to the Technical Tour and Spouses' Tour.

  Only a limited number of turnouts available on the first-come-first-served basis for the special events.
  Symposium registration is the only chance to register to the special events.

• Receipt
  
  • All who have registered online will receive a receipt by e-mail.
  • All registrants will receive a receipt attached to your badge that will be given to you at on-site reception desk.
    
    
• Meeting Abstracts
  
  • The registration fee includes a copy of the proceeding volume.
  • Meeting abstracts are available both in a printed volume and in a CD-ROM.
    
    
• Cancellation
  
  • Written notification to SEGJ is needed to cancel the registration, by either fax or e-mail to SEGJ office.

  • The registration fee will be refunded after the deduction of the cancellation fee if the written notification is received by SEGJ.
  • Before October 23, 2011 (JST): Full refund after the deduction for the commission charge of 4000JPY .
  • October 23 to November 10, 2011 (JST): Half the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Non refundable after November 10, 2011(JST).
  • Reimbursement will be sent through the credit card companies.

  • All papers for the authors who has completed the registration before October 24, 2011,are the candidates of authors in the proceeding papers.
