2. General Information on Poster Presentations
- The allotted time for each contributed paper is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for discussion and change over.
- Speakers can use one LCD projector (XGA-size) equipped with a note PC prepared by the Committee in each room.
- Speakers can use his/her own PC to be connected to the LCD projector using a switching box. Compatibility between the PC and the projector should be checked before the session.
- Users of a PC prepared by the Committee are requested to bring their Microsoft PowerPoint file by USB memory and install them onto the PC by themselves in advance before the session
3. General Information for Online
- One numbered poster board will be allocated for each poster paper in the poster area. The dimension of the poster board is not exceed the size of an A0 sheet (841 mm wide and 1189 mm high). Materials needed for attaching posters to poster boards are available at the registration desk.
- Display time: Posters can be shown from 11:00 Wednesday, November 24 till 11:00 Friday, November 26.
- Authors are required to be in attendance at their posters during the Core Time: from 15:00 till 17:30 on Wednesday, November 24.
- During the core time, each poster author will give a 5 minute explanation of the poster, following the guide by the chairperson.
4. COVID-19 Requirements on Venue
- The confernce will be held online in "Google Meet" system.
- Speaker and Registant will recieve login details to attend the conference by e-mail.
DO NOT tell the login details to other than Registant.- Speaker and Registant can sign in to Google Meet 20 minutes prior to the session.
- Speaker needs to sign in to Google Meet 10 minutes prior to the session.
- The attedees needs to sign in to Google Meet 5 minutes prior to the session.
- The attedees can send the question via chat function of Google Meet, and the question(s) will be selected by the session chair.
If your question is selected, please repond by your voice.- If you fail to present your presentation on time, your enrollment will be canceld.
- DO NOT screenshot or record any part of the conference (including the audios).
- Speaker and Registran have a right to join the test meeting on 13:00-15:00, November 9 - 10, 2021.
If you cannot joint the test meeting, visit "Goole Meet Help Center" for useful information

- You should submit the "Health Status Report" at the time of reception.
- You shold wear a non-woven mask (except when eating or drinking).
- Take the social distance for seating.
- You can ask your Question at the designated place.
- Download the applicaion "COCOA (COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application)" and instrall it on your smartphone to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- You can eat your lunch at Conference Room #64, #65 and #65.
Cancellation and NO SHOW
- If you wish to cancel your enrollment for any reason, you must e-mail or telephone to the SEGJ conference committee. The SEGJ conference committee's e-mail adress and phone number are written at the Confirmation Letter send by the SEGJ conference committee after the enrollment
- If you fail to cancel your enrollment without notice, SEGJ conference committee may penalize you not to present to the any SEGJ confernces or Symposiums for one year.
