| | Abstract | | The purpose of this study is to develop a disaster area extraction method based on amplitude, coherence, and phase change based on radar images before and after the disaster, and to implement it in society use. We used the case of the disasters of the Hokkaido eastern Iburi earthquake. The data used in this study are five scenes of ALOS-2 / PALSAR-2 images acquired from July 26 to October 4, 2018 in Iburi, Eastern Hokkaido. As a result of research, this method suggests the possibility of extracting affected areas. |
