| | Abstract | | As a tool for PS logging, it is common to combine a fixed-type three-component borehole pick and a suspension-type PS logging with in-hole oscillation and in-hole reception. We additionally use our multi-streaming S-wave sonde. It is the only tool that can receive S-waves in the borehole bored in the casing. Since the geophones of six sets of orthogonal horizontal components are arranged at an interval of 1 m, data of 5 m intervals can be obtained at one time. |
