Precise gravity survey in Koriyama basin, Fukushima prefecture.

Abstract
The use of ground heat from several meters to 100 meters underground is advancing for efficient heating and cooling. In order to evaluate this ground heat potential, it is important to estimate underground geology with high accuracy. This time, in the Koriyama Basin, Fukushima prefecture, where detailed gravity exploration had not been conducted, we conducted 745 precision gravity explorations to understand the subsurface structure of the basin. The obtained gravity map suggests a unique underground structure of the Koriyama basin. In the future, we plan to analyze a three-dimensional underground structure consistent with existing geological information such as boring data.
