| | Abstract | | The purpose of this study is to develop a disaster area extraction method by amplitude, coherence and phase change based on radar images before and after disaster occurrence. We focused on the case of the disasters of the Hokkaido eastern Iburi earthquake. The data used in this study is an image of ALOS-2/PALSAR-2 acquired before September 6, 2018, in Hokkaido eastern Iburi. As a result of analysis, this method suggests the possibility of disaster prevention information extraction. |
