| Abstract | It is important to predict earthquake damage from the point of view of disaster prevention. As an index showing the magnitude of vibration caused by earthquake, ground amplification rate is determined from the S-wave structure. In this research, we aim to estimate ground amplification rate with higher spatial resolution and high accuracy than that estimated by conventional empirical method, by estimating S-wave structure based on measurement. We conducted array microtremor survey to estimate 3D S-wave structure, and calculated ground amplification rate in the survey area considering interpolation method between observation data. From the obtained distribution of ground amplification rate, we discussed the difference of amplification characteristics by region at the dominant frequency and assess the effect against earthquake-resistant of architecture. Finally, we calculated the distribution of ground amplification factor considering incident seismic waves. |
