| | Abstract | | Geophysical Society of Japan (SEGJ) set up SEGJ Airborne Geophysics Research Committee, consisting of experts on electromagnetic and magnetic methods. The committee member analyzed and discussed the time-domain airborne electromagnetic and the airborne magnetic data obtained in the Survey on the potential of geothermal resources project conducted by JOGMEC. The committee member examined the data analysis methods leading to accuracy improvement suitable for extraction of promising geothermal resource. Based on the discussion, the committee proposed recommendation aimed at applying them to future geothermal development. |
