Inversion of airborne gravity gradiometer data by stratified structure at Oogiri geothermal field, Kagoshima, Japan

Abstract
Stratified structure at Ogiri geothermal area is estimated by 3Dinversion of airborne gravity gradiometer data JOGMEC acquired in 2012. Inversions of two layer structures are applied for two sets of filtered gravity and gravity gradient data, each data coincides with two kinds of average depths estimated by power spectrum of the data. Some areas where is thickness of the first layer is thick are identified and are located above zones where deep layer is shallow and its' border where slope is steep. Thick first shallow layer is presumably strong clay alteration zone caused by geothermal fluid coming from the steep slope of deep layer.
