The gravity survey was carried out in Kinigi geothermal field, Rwanda in September 2015. The complete Bouguer reduction of gravity data was computed using a Bouguer density of 2.4 g/cm3. An increase of 20 mGal in southwest to northern part of the study area is noticed. This study aims at detecting of geological structures using gravity data. In this regards, 2-D forward modeling along the different gravity profiles digitized from Bouguer anomaly map was used to identify density boundaries. Density average of 2.7 g/cm3 for complex basement comprising granite and metasedimentary rocks and of 2.55 g/cm3 for sedimentary rocks. As the results, density boundaries within the basement are identified following geological fault structure trend of the study area.
