| | Abstract | | By the conventional non-contact acoustic exploration method, the length of the measurement time at the time of a two-dimensional scan had become a problem. This cause is in the length of the emitted sound wave. However, since a time gate cannot be effectively used if the waveform which combined much frequency simply is used, a S/N ratio will deteriorate. Then, study about the high-speed measurement which used the multi-tone burst wave which can use a measurable time zone effectively while using a time gate and a frequency gate effectively was performed this time. The validity of this technique was confirmed from the fundamental experimental result. |
