Groundwater survey for saline contamination by using TEM method


Abstract
Domestic water used in Motooka district around Kyushu University are from groundwater resource almost 100%. It is used for greenhouse cultivation, paddy irrigation and local alcoholic beverages industrial. In the plains of these districts, there are some areas damaged by saline contamination. There is also a possibility that Relocation of Kyushu University can affect groundwater.In this study, the final purpose is to compare the measured time data and historical data to monitor the Saline contamination progress. TEM method was used to grasp the state of underground water in Motooka. In total 29 data were used.
