| | Abstract | | A new method for evaluation of physical properties of pavements is developed. The method observes leaky wave generated by surface wave propagating along pavement surface. The physical properties of pavement and foundation are obtained by velocity dispersion analysis at high frequency area. This paper describes mechanical specification of a prototype of the measurement system, and demonstrates how to get necessary signals from other large amount of unnecessary sound noise. |
