| Abstract | Among the solutions for rapid resistivity measurement by using simultaneous current injections at plural electrodes, there is a method using Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technique. In the multiple current transmission measurement using CDMA technique, the square waveform or square waveform including rest period, which is general in conventional resistivity or time-domain IP measurement, can be used as a basic waveform of current injection. When square waveform including rest period is used, received potential waveforms will contain transient IP effect of ground. We proposed the method to calculate time-domain chargeability from potential waveform obtained with multiple current transmission measurement. Through a simple numerical experiment and a field measurement, we showed that time-domain IP measurement is available with multi-current transmis-sion measurement. |
