| 講演要旨(和文) | | コンクリート構造物のための空中放射音波を用いた非接触による非破壊検査法に関する研究を行っている。計測時の音響加振によりレーザヘッドが振動してしまいS/N比が低下してしまう問題について、従来のチャープ波に替えてトーンバースト波およびゲート処理を用いることにより回避しSN比を改善する方法を検討した。 |

| | 講演要旨(英文) | | We are researching about the non-destructive inspection method by non-contact acoustic method for a concrete structure. As a substitute of the conventional chirp wave, by using a tone burst wave and gate processing, while avoiding the problem, the technique of improving the signal to noise ratio was examined. |
