| | Abstract | | As SATREPS research project conducted by JST-JICA, the 'CCS project in Gundih gas field, Indonesia' has been jointly conducted by Japan-Indonesia science team since 2012. In order to reduce CO2 emitted from industry and/or accompanied with produced oil and gas, Japan-Indonesian team is developing CCS technology and finally establishing a standard of CCS procedure. Core parts of technologies are reservoir evaluation and CO2 monitoring. Project team is now developing geophysical technologies, such as seismic and TDEM method, which will be applied to reservoir characterization and CO2 monitoring. In this presentation, scope and significance are described. |
