Estimation of S-wave velocity structure of Tsuruga plain by the surface wave

Abstract We constructed a 3D subsurface structural model using horizontal-to-vertical spectra of microtremor in Tsuruga plane. We estimated a 1D S-wave velocity structure using grid search method. Maximum depth of layer Vs1500m/s is about 100m. And maximum depth of basement (Vs2100m/s) is estimated about 300m in the area.
