Effect by Moat Marks of Tottori Castle on Characteristics of Microtremors(Part 2:Study of H/V by High Density Microtremor Observations)

Abstract
From microtremor array observation, we found soft soil layer of 3 meters thickness with shear wave velocity 80 m/s at the point where old moat is buried. We also found that theoretical H/V spectral ratio from buried moat model has second dominant period around 0.2 seconds, and it is seen in observed H/V spectral ratios. In this article, we compared H/V by high density microtremor observations, moat mark distribution and borehole data to derive general microtremor characteristics due caused by buried moats.
