Time Lapse experiment using the seismic ACROSS source near the Nojima-fault in Awaji Island-Imaging and travel-time changes by injection and rain-fall effects

Abstract
Between February and March, 2011, we carried out the time lapse experiment in Japan using seismic ACROSSs and 32 surface geophones associated with the air-injection into the Osaka-formation at 100m depth. We computed the images of effected zone with elapsed times after the air injection. By the effected zone quickly expanded from the injection well to the eastward. The amplitude changes and travel-time changes of P wave were large for eastward stations. The maximum travel-time delay is up to 12 ms. The effect of rain falls is seen by P-amplitude increase, but the travel time delay is less than 1 ms. The daily variations are also seen in P-amplitudes, but not so large in P-travel-times.
