| 講演要旨(和文) | | 秋田県では、ハウス栽培に石油系燃料使用では採算割れの農家が増えている。そこで、地域に豊富に存在する温泉水、地下水、深層熱水、地中熱など（以下、「地球熱」）を、永続的な熱エネルギーとして、先ず農業に利用、さらに融雪、冷暖房熱源に利用を目指し、低炭素地域振興を目的に活動をしている。そのため2010年2月に県内産学官連携組織を会員45名で結成し、2011年5月にNPO法人あきた地球熱利用事業ネットワーク設立に至った。結成と同時に、低価格な地球熱の採熱・放熱方法の研究開発、モデル事業の実証試験を進めている。地球熱利用の理解が県内各地で浸透してきた。 本講演では、プロジェクトマネジメントの概要、および事業活動の一端を紹介する。 草の根活動がベースであり、他府県での同様な活動の参考になると思われる。 |

| | 講演要旨(英文) | | In Akita prefecture, unprofitable greenhouse farmers have been increased who had used oil fuels for house warming. A this occasion, we are working for the purpose to activate local community in Akita, using various kinds of available on-site low-enthalpy geothermal energy, anywhere you can find them around Akita. At present, we use them mainly for soil and house warming of greenhouse agriculture. This is a brief report on this work in terms of project management concept. The community activation works is based on grass root activities, which you can refer for similar works in other local communities. |
