A joint inversion of deep subsurface structure model for strong motion evaluation(Part 2) - Deep subsurface structure model in and around Kashiwazaki area -

Abstract
Construction of a 3D deep subsurface velocity based on a newly developed joint inversion method was studied. This method enables us to make an integrated underground model from various geological and geophysical data including drilling, microtremor array and gravity anomaly data. A deep subsurface velocity model of Kashiwazaki area has been made using a conventional method by JNES (JNES,2005). By comparing newly analyzed model with conventional JNES model, our method showed more effective than a conventional one to integrate various geological and geophysical data.
