One of the important aspects to control and improve the sweep efficiency in the Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) is monitoring the behavior of reservoir fluid dynamics. Based on the lessons learned from the application of 4D microgravity method for monitoring reservoir fluid movement during the injection and production process in Indonesia oil fields, we have developed techniques and included it in a software development program with integrated and user friendly, from the feasibility study of gravity, acquisition, processing, modeling up to simulation techniques. By developing these techniques, it can be provided a better understanding of the subsurface models and reservoir fluid behavior relating to the activities of fluid injection and production. This paper presents some viewpoints of 4D microgravity applications for EOR and the stages that should generally be done to optimize a 4D microgravity survey including several case studies in Indonesia oil fields. So that we can make 4D microgravity method becomes more useful in the enhanced oil recovery area
