| | Abstract | | A time-domain helicopter-borne electromagnetic method was conducted to estimate geological structures in deeper part of tunnel construction site. The resistivity structure of deep sections delineated the serpentinite types and their distribution, useful in understanding potential geotechnical issues when excavating a tunnel. This paper describes geological assessment for tunnel design and construction using helicopter-borne electromagnetic method. |
