| Abstract | There is no geological background of high temperature volcanic heat resources in Reshuizhen, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia, China, because of thicker crust, lower terrestrial heat flow and lower temperature in the crust. The water penetrated from the mountains in the north and west is heated by heat conduction at depth by the invaded granite and basalt. And the water rises up to the shallow reservoir along the ruptures. The geothermal field extends in northwest-southeast and southwest-northeast direction. |
