講演要旨(和文) | MEMS加速度センサを使用して、重力などの低周波数の加速度変化に関する適用性について検討を行った。MEMS加速度センサを用いて、観覧車の回転に伴う加速度の変化を測定し低周波数領域測定への適用性について検討した。今回適用した静電容量型の片持ち梁方式のMEMSでは、温度ドリフトが著しいことが分かった。 |

| 講演要旨(英文) | We used the MEMS sensor and evaluated the applicability as a gravity meter. The gravity survey was carried out within the Ferris wheel. The gravity change in rotational movement of a Ferris wheel has checked accurately. In measurement of DC component such as the gravity, it is confirmed that the measured value change by thermal dependence of the sensor. The laboratory tests showed the equation of relations between a gravity value and temperature. |
