| | Abstract | | We used the MEMS sensor and evaluated the applicability as a gravity meter. The gravity survey was carried out within the Ferris wheel. The gravity change in rotational movement of a Ferris wheel has checked accurately. In measurement of DC component such as the gravity, it is confirmed that the measured value change by thermal dependence of the sensor. The laboratory tests showed the equation of relations between a gravity value and temperature. |
