Resistivity monitoring of salt water tracer in loam layer

Abstract
The resistivity was monitored in the infiltration examination of the salt water tracer in the loam layer on the Shirasu plateau to understand infiltration in the loam layer and the numeric experiments were conducted to examine it. From the numerical experiments, when there are two or more change parts of the resistivity, the appropriate setting of background is important to understand the target change, because a row resistivity change part is difficult to understand with high resistivity change. The change in the resistivity was able to be confirmed from these examinations even in the loam layer where the change in the water volume content was small.
