| | Abstract | | We have introduced our Surfstar, a package of software for surface wave survey data processing on the 118th SEGJ conference in last spring. However, in the past year, we have upgraded the software by improving the existing functions and adding new ones through data analysis practices. The main improvements include enhancing functions for conventional surface wave survey and adding new functions for concrete structure nondestructive test. We have also enhanced various plotting functions and interface to other commercial software such as SURFER. To confirm the effectiveness of the new functions for nondestructive test, we carried out a field test on an old water diversion tunnel. The result of the test shown that there is a big change in phase velocity between healthy and deteriorated concrete lining, It also can give an image of shear wave velocity distribution from the surface to about 1-2m depth. |
