| | Abstract | | We analyzed the PALSAR/single and full polarimetry data observed for the Iwate-Miyagi Nairiku earthquake in 2008. The observations before and after the earthquake have been carried out in the both observation mode. The polarimetry data taken after earthquake show that land slide areas are well detected by using the surface scattering intensity calculated from three component decomposition model and the backscattering coefficient value in cross polarization. |
