Applicability of microtremorH/V in advance evaluation of damage of structure

Abstract As for various civil engineering structures in Japan, maintenance and management to damage due to an aged deterioration and a large earthquake are very important. Those predominant frequencies were able to be understood excellently also with each structure since microtremor H/V method was applied to two kinds of civil engineering structures, and it turned out that it was useful as the index in maintenance and management on the structures.
