| Abstract | For the exploration methods inverting the dispersion curve of surface waves from correlation analysis of microtremor like SPAC and CCA, the effect of the first higher mode can not be negligible especially in the frequency range higher than few Hz targeted on the shallow ground condition. In this study, a numerical experiment was performed using the microtremor records produced by numerical simulation N101 and N104 Cornou et al.2006. The formulation of SPAC and CCA coefficients derived from the theory of Seismic Interferometry for the microtremor field in that the fundamental and the first higher modes exist could reproduce the dispersion curves calculated by the conventional analysis. |
