| | Abstract | | The next-generation type seismic system for realizing measurement of 3 million channels was examined. The MEMS acceleration element used for a receiver element was under development, and made the small seismic system as an experiment. A small system will be divided into some groups in distributed type, and will turn into a system in which efficient measurement is possible.
