| Abstract | Bit resolution enhancement technique using over-sampling and low-pass filter is proposed. How low-pass filter effects over-sampled data to reduce the quantization error is demonstrated. To add an artificial oscillation on the signal makes information less than 1 bit rise up. Also, it is presented that since the white noise with realistic level behaves as an artificial oscillation, the over-sampling and low-pass filter is practical method to enhance the bit resolution. |
