| Abstract | An important problem in numerical analysis of electric/electromagnetic methods is developing a fast and stable solver for the system of linear equations to solve the partial differential equation (PDE). In order to overcome this problem, I have compiled several iterative solvers with various preconditioners for the large sparse linear system as a test version of geophysics-oriented iterative solver system. The compiled system has been evaluated with two different types of PDEs using various iterative solvers and preconditioners. The results show the efficiency of the new system and importance of developing faster solvers for numerical problems in geophysics. |
