| Abstract | It is necessary to draw up an emergency restoration plan by promptly finding out about the possible existence of vehicles buried underground by a landslide when major transportation routes get struck by large-scale earthquakes or other disasters. Trying to develop techniques necessary to make a speedy, safe and accurate assessment of buried vehicles, we have experimented with various current geophysical prospecting techniques and developed a new EM system. This is to report our evaluation of these techniques. |
